National Records Commission Launches Online Information Access Portal

The National Records Commission (NRC) today announced the launch of its new Online Information Access Portal, designed to streamline the process of requesting and accessing public records.

This initiative is part of the government’s ongoing commitment to improve transparency and accountability. The portal allows citizens to submit information requests electronically and track their progress in real-time.

The launch event, held at the NRC headquarters in Banjul, was attended by senior government officials, representatives from civil society, and members of the media.
